Cookie policy
Last updated 16 October 2026
This policy explains what cookies are, how SuperApply uses them and similar technologies, and the choices you have. It applies to superapply.co and every page of the SuperApply platform, and should be read with our privacy notice.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website places on your device when you visit it. They let the site recognise your device, keep you signed in and remember your settings between visits. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in much the same way, and this policy covers them too.
Cookies set by the site you are visiting are first-party cookies. Cookies set by another company through that site are third-party cookies.
How we use cookies
Strictly necessary. These make the platform work: keeping you signed in, protecting your account, and remembering your cookie choice. They cannot be switched off, because without them the service cannot be provided.
Preferences. These remember choices you make, such as your appearance setting or an unfinished intake, so the platform comes back the way you left it.
Analytics and performance. These would help us understand how the platform is used so we can improve it. We use them only if you accept cookies, and never to identify you.
We do not use advertising cookies, we do not sell information gathered through cookies, and we do not use cookies to follow you across other websites.
Our legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies are used because they are essential to the service you asked for. Every other kind of cookie is used only with your consent, which you give or refuse in the cookie prompt and can withdraw at any time.
Your choices
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept cookies or want essential cookies only. You can change your answer at any time.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the platform, such as staying signed in, will stop working.
Your rights
Where information gathered through cookies is personal data, you have the rights set out in our privacy notice, including to see it, correct it and have it deleted, and to complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the way we use cookies changes. The date at the top changes with it, and if a change needs your consent we will ask again in the cookie prompt.
