Terms of use
Last updated 20 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and SuperApply. They apply from the moment you start using the platform, including the parts that are free and need no account. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.
What SuperApply is
SuperApply is self-serve. You name the university and course you want, the platform works out the academic pathway to it, and you apply directly to the schools on that pathway, through one profile filled once.
SuperApply is not an agent and does not represent you to a school. It does not negotiate on your behalf, it cannot promise an offer, a visa or a scholarship, and every admission decision belongs to the school making it.
Pathway ratings are bands with the reason written out: Recommended, Suitable, or Not suitable. They are built from what you tell us, which is unverified until your documents are checked, and they are guidance rather than a prediction.
Who may use it
If you are under eighteen you must name a guardian, and they must consent before anything is submitted on your behalf. That is not optional and it cannot be skipped.
The account is yours alone. The personal email you enter at the end of intake is what you sign in with and is the record of ownership. Do not share access to it.
Your SuperApply application address, which ends @applicant.superapply.co, is chosen at checkout and exists from submission onward. It is for correspondence with the schools you apply to and for nothing else.
What you have to give us
True and complete information. Your grades, your history and your documents have to be your own and have to be accurate.
What you type at intake is taken on trust and is not verified at that point. If a document later contradicts what you entered, a school may withdraw an offer or refuse an application, and that is not something SuperApply can reverse or refund on your behalf.
What you pay
Nothing to apply. There is no platform fee and no base fee at submission, and there never was one under these terms.
You pay each school's own application fee. It goes to the school, direct by default, and appears at checkout as its own line with the school named. A partner school that waives its fee shows as waived. Where a school insists the fee is routed through the platform, it passes through at cost and is flagged as such.
SuperApply charges after admission, and only then: $50 per institution for document verification, and $200 Enrolment Support once you have accepted an offer and paid your deposit.
You may hold up to twelve schools in a cycle. That is an allowance on how many applications you can run at once, not a package you buy.
Amounts are shown in your chosen currency for convenience. The charged currency is stated at checkout, and conversion by your bank is between you and your bank.
Refunds
An application fee belongs to the school it was paid to. Once an application is submitted that fee is spent, and it is not ours to return.
Where SuperApply has charged you for document verification or Enrolment Support and has not carried it out, that charge is refunded. Ask in the support bubble and it will be dealt with there.
Opportunities
The opportunities directory lists hackathons, competitions, scholarships, funded places and other funding. Listings run by somebody else open on that organiser's own site, and what happens there is between you and them. SuperApply records only that you said you applied, so your own list stays complete.
Listings SuperApply runs are applied for here with your Super Profile, and the status comes back to you in the product.
What you may not do
Do not submit documents that are not yours, misstate your results, or apply in somebody else's name. Do not use your application address for anything other than your own applications. Do not attempt to extract the catalogue, the ratings or another student's data from the platform.
An account used for any of that can be suspended, and applications already submitted from it may be reported to the schools concerned.
Ending it
You can stop using SuperApply at any time and ask for your account to be closed. Applications already submitted cannot be unsent, and records we are required to keep are kept for as long as the law says.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why inside the product when we do.
Liability
SuperApply is provided as it is. We do not accept liability for an admission decision, a visa decision, a change a school makes to its own requirements or fees, or a deadline missed because information you gave us was wrong.
Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the charges you have actually paid to SuperApply. Nothing here limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts there have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not take away a protection the law of the country you live in gives you.
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and a change that affects what you pay or what you have already submitted is announced inside the product before it takes effect.
